"Ukrposhta" promises to keep rates unchanged for 2 years
State mail service enterprise "Ukrposhta" doesn't plan to change its rates for basic postal services in 2012-2013. As it was reported to the journalists by the General Director Oksana Plotnikova, states "Interfax-Ukraine".
According to its authorities, the company can increase revenue by providing better services to the public, as well as developing a range of services already existing at present.
