Ukrainian market keeps attracting foreign companies

In the country, all segments of real estate market are in the growth stage and are far from being saturated. This allows investors to expect a rapid return on investment and high profitability.

Increase in the inflow of foreign investment into the Ukrainian market of real estate from Russia and Europe  has been noticed. Capital market is an attractive commercial property. Its yield is higher than in London, Budapest, Prague, Warsaw and Moscow.

Money of foreign companies also operate in other regions of Ukraine. This shows the implementation of projects in Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kharkiv, Odessa, on the southern coast of Crimea and Carpathian mountain slopes. In Chernivtsi, for example, the real estate accounts for the largest portion of all foreign investment.

For example, the amount contributed to the economy of foreign direct investment in the form of equity was $ 27.9 million. 35 countries around the world have shown their interest. Such countries as Cyprus, Turkey, Italy, the USA, Virgin Islands, Germany, Romania, the UK and Poland are among of the interested.

Significant amounts of foreign funds are concentrated in the area of ??hotel, construction, retail and entertainment centers, rental properties.

Experts believe that the Ukrainian market will remain attractive to foreign companies for a long  time. In the country, all segments of real estate market are in the stage of the growth and are far from being saturated. This allows investors to expect a rapid return on investment and high profitability.

Foreign investors are not interested in the regions of Ukraine. Kyiv to potential real estate investors  is more open and more understandable.
