Ukraine: retail sale grew 7,6% in 2010
State Statistics Service informs that total sales turnover of Ukrainian retail reached 529,883 bill. UAH in 2010 which is 7,6% more than in 2009.
It was provided earlier that summarizing January-December 2010 results turnover of Ukrainian retail and restaurant business was 274,6 bill UAH (51,8% of total sales turnover). In comparable prices this is 7,8% higher than in 2009.
Restaurant business turnover in 2010 was 17, 637 bill. UAH (or +3,5%).
Commercial enterprises retail sales grew 14,7% in December 2010 compared to December 2009, and 11,6% in November 2010 compared to the same month in 2009.
