Ukraine imposes ban on e-commerce without an office
The
representatives of the Press-Centre of the Department of Trade development of
the Ministry of Economic Development have informed this news.
According to the Law On Internal Trade, adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers of
Ukraine on October 12, 2011, the business entities that are involved in distance
selling of products, will have to obligatorily have office premises.
