According to his information the bill focuses not on the trade regulation but on the provision of customers with quality and fairy priced products. The bill will also prevent uncontrolled growth of prices.

I. GARBARUK pointed out that this document will positively influence the process of retail internet trade unshadowing by means of development of shops of modern forms which have a share of 18% now.

He added that the necessity to draft and adopt the bill is determined by the fact that today the requirements regulating trade activity are scattered in different laws and legislative documents, the problem is also in the absence of web business regulation, lack of skilled personnel and of provision with sales areas.
