The head of the Income and Tax Ministry Alexander Klimenko has called the creation of this super agency to be a Christmas gift.

On its website Klimenko explained the advantages of creating a new Ministry: "For the first time in the history of independent Ukraine in the central bodies of executive power we have agency that, first, bears full responsibility for the content of the state budget. Secondly, this is an organization which embodies a full control of the investment climate and business environment in terms of authority and responsibility."

Now entrepreneurs and foreign investors, according to Klimenko, have one addressee, that on behalf of the State, is responsible for the creation of equal competition, moderate taxation, quality service in the administration of compulsory payments.
