Gemius Research Company has published additional data concerning its survey “TOP UANet 20 websites” conducted by means of a new Fusion panel. According to these data almost half of the Ukrainian audience of the social network ‘Vkontakte’ (45.86%) consists of people aged 12-24 years old. Among 10 of the most popular websites this age group is less present at “Odnoklassniki” – 24.02%. An age group of 25-34 years old prevails at Odnoklassniki as well as at Ukr.net and Facebook (36,21%, 32,94% and 32,48% respectively).
Andrey Bakun, Director of Gemius Ukraine, commented on this fact, “Such services as Youtube and Google are most popular among the female audience of UAnet, 52% and 51% respectively. And they are mostly women aged 14-34. About 6% of visitors of these services have a personal monthly income of more than 8,000 UAH. Wikipedia.org Educational Project is preferred by male audience (51%) and visitors aged 14-24 (42%), more interest among the youngest audience is aroused by the social network Vkontakte (45,86%).
More than 400 websites are presented in this report. A social-demographic report is drawn up on the basis of 4002 questionnaires of software panelists and 76984 questionnaires of cookie-panelists.
