A representative of LLENTAB Swede Group in Ukraine – “LLENTAB” LLC has just started construction of a new logistic complex in Kharkov.

The customer company is the Ukrainian logistic operator “LUX LOGISTIC” which renders the widest range of logistic services in the Ukrainian market, as it has been informed by Building.ua.

As of today the steel skeleton of a building has already been erected, its inner useful height is 10 meters. The area for storing foods will be 2670 sq. meters. This complex with the total area of 4937 sq. meters will provide office premises and personnel facilities as well.

Industrial gates and pick-and-place systems are also included into this quickly erected building. The roof of this building will be equipped with roof-lights and smoke exhaust valves which will support natural ventilation of the object and its smoke control, provide natural lighting and remove smoke in case of fire.

Energy independence of this logistic complex will be provided by solar collecting panels and photocells installed on the roof. They will make it possible to heat the object in winter and to condition it in summer without additional costs.
