In 2013 the volume of global e-commerce services may cross the mark of a trillion euros. And in 2011, this market reached 690 billion euros, according to the Interactive Media Retail Group report.
The world's leading countries in this market will remain to be the U.S., UK and Japan - in the coming years they are going to provide an average annual growth of 10-15%. And the fastest growing markets in Europe will be France, Italy, Spain, Russia, Turkey and Poland. In this case, according to IMRG, the number of Internet users in 2011 was about 2.2 billion, and a few years – much to be half of the population (over 3.5 billion). "Online is now becoming an integral part of the economy and should be evaluated this way ... We see a growing confidence of users in online shopping," - commented the outlook study author Aad Weening.
We must remind that in the current year, the Ukrainian market of online commerce could grow by 30% to reach $ 1 billion. This forecast was announced by the Allegro Group Ukraine holding CEO Julia Marishchuk.
